This page is for guest vendors who would like to attend our annual events and PERMANENT artisans.
HOURS • LOCATION: Sunday: 12:00 - 5:00 Monday: CLOSED Tuesday: CLOSED Wednesday: 10:30 - 5:00 Thursday: 10:30 - 5:00 Friday: 10:30 - 5:00 Saturday: 10:00 -5:00 1904 2nd Avenue North in Historic Downtown Bessemer, Alabama, 35020 GUEST VENDOR OUTSIDE SET-UP • ARRIVAL • ATTENDANCE • DEPARTURE: A. Vendor setup begins at 8:30 a.m. the day of the event. All Vehicles MUST BE MOVED TO THE OTHER SIDE OF 2ND AVENUE NORTH BY 10:00 A.M. Please call 205-900-2025 if other arrangements need to be made. B. Those arriving later to set up, without giving sufficient notice to The Paisley Pig Management, may forfeit their space and may not be permitted to participate that day. Please call 205-900-2025 if you know you will be late so arrangements can be made to reserve your space. C. Vendors are required to give 48 hours notice if they will not be attending Event. D. Vendors must stay until the close of the event. They are not permitted to dismantle their table unless they (1) completely sell out of their items or (2) they experience a personal emergency. SPACES • TABLES • COST: A. Vendors will provide their own tents, signage and tables for their space. Spaces must remain clean. All refuse should be taken with you or disposed of in the proper containers provided. B. Space rental fee for non-event Saturdays are $40 per space for a one (1) day rental. If you would like to stay for two consecutive days (Friday & Saturday) your rental rate is $70 for the two days. Vendors will receive an invoice for their rental fees. INSURANCE A. The Paisley Pig, LLC does not carry insurance to cover individual Pop Up Shop participants. The participants are required to be responsible for their own personal, general, and product liability insurance. The Paisley Pig, LLC shall be reimbursed for any damage to our property, inside or out, by you. This includes damage to grounds, vehicles, and any other property owned by the Paisley Pig, LLC. FEES & PAYMENT To participate in our Pop Up Shops, vendors pay a fee $40/per day. Food Trucks are $50/Day. Registration fees are due within 24 hours of acceptance to our event. You may pay by Venmo or Cash App or come by the shop and pay in person. |
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens. So in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to cancel, we will give you a credit that you may use at our next event. NO REFUNDS FOR SPECIAL EVENT POP-UPS. ADVERTISEMENT We will be using all of our social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram & Website) to feature our Pop-Up Shop vendors. Please make sure you send high quality photos when you apply, so that we may pull from these. We also do “LIVE” Facebook videos weekly. THEFT & LIABILITY We will do everything within our power to prevent theft of products and displays, but we cannot guarantee that items will not go missing or get broken. Our team will make every effort to prevent any incidents. However we cannot be held responsible if theft or damage does occur. RULES & REGULATIONS When you submit your Application, you acknowledge having read and reviewed the above Rules and Regulations, which set forth the terms and conditions applicable to vendors at Paisley Pig, LLC. The Vendor Agreement and Rules and Regulations shall automatically become a binding legal agreement between you and Paisley Pig, LLC. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within forty-eight (48) hours of payment of the Space Rental Fee. This e-mail will confirm your use of an assigned space during the term. We design the floorplan a few days prior to Pop-Up Shop based on the particular mix of merchants booked. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests, but do not guarantee a particular type of space or location. YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT. The Paisley Pig, LLC does not guarantee sales. We provide the pop up space, brand promotion, a network of like minded vendors, and a unique selling experience. The outcome of your specific sales experience is beyond our control. We do believe Pop Up Shops are an amazing way to receive real time feedback about your brand, network with like minded entrepreneurs and make some sales. We can not offer a refund if you do not sell anything. (We've never had a vendor not sell anything!) |
